SUPPORT GROUP ADOPTED BY THE SWANS

 

We are very proud to announce that Swansea City FC has officially adopted the Children’s Therapy Centre Support Group as their charity for the season. The announcement was made on Friday 10th December at the home game. As you can see from the pictures, the Swans’ Vice-Chairman, Leigh Dineen, presented their first cheque for £2,000.00 to Chair Roger Gadd, alongside Senior Physio Kate Greenfield.

The second picture shows some of the centre staff plus committee members and players and staff from the Swans and a few of our children who were invited along for the presentation at the Liberty Stadium. The players were really great with the children and we are very grateful to them and the management for their sponsorship and even more specially their friendship with the children. Here is a sincere wish that the Swans keep up their super start to the season and make it to the Premiership for next term.

Special requests for tickets, etc., will be put forward. The players have promised that some will visit the Centre some time soon….
