Who can we help?
Here at Therapy for Swansea Kids, we aim to help children and their families who access services throughout the whole of Hafan-Y-Mor Children's Centre.
How can we help?
- Assist with funding for equipment that is beyond the NHS provision, for example specialist trikes, comfy seats and specialist toys.
- Assist with funding for specialist Therapy Blocks or Accessible Leisure Pursuits, for example; Archery, Specialist Yoga and Rock Climbing.
- Supporting Therapists associated with Hafan-Y-Mor to deliver their services by sponsoring specialist equipment, for example; Constraint Induced Movement Therapy Block. Please speak to your named therapist for more information.
- Parent & Family Support - Creating opportunities for parents to network and develop peer support, for example; coffee mornings, informal meet ups, or planned events.
